One Week.

It has been one week since Piyu got discharged from the hospital.

It has been one week since they had talked.

It has been one whole week since they met.

Both were restless.

Sameer wanted to see her but his absence in the office has created a lot of disturbances in the work.

He had to go and rectify the wrong things happening in his office. According to Priya, there was someone who is working for him but was sharing information about the company to others which might harm the company.

He had to know who is back stabbing him. He checked all the CCTV footage but didn't get any clue. He kept a close eye on everyone by staying in the office only.

In all this he didn't get to meet Piyu at all. His heart was aching to meet her and to know how is she doing but all he could do was message her asking her about her health.

Piyu had warned him to concentrate on his work now as he missed some deals and contracts due to his absence. She also told him to take care of himself but didn't let him know that she knows about the whole back stabbing thing.

Priya had told her about this. Piyu told Priya to keep an eye on everyone and don't let anyone to enter Sameer's cabin unless it is an emergency.

She is missing him so much but she was more worried thinking that someone is trying to harm him.

Sameer leaned his head back on his chair closing his eyes. He saw the smiling face of the only person that could bring solace to him. He smiled unknowingly thinking about the time they spent in the hospital together.

He knows she feels the same way as he feels for her but somewhere in his heart he was scared. The mistakes he had done in the past are making him scared that he might hurt her once again.

He doesn't even know that she forgave him or not for what he had done and he just blurted out his feelings for her. And the most terrifying and embarrassing part was that she fainted when he confessed his love for her.

He sighed and opened his eyes. He looked at the computer screen to see what his employees were doing but no one seemed doubtful to him. He frowned thinking that he is missing something.

Sameer went outside his cabin hearing some yellings. He rolled his eyes when he saw that Rohan and Priya were arguing in the most childish way possible.

" What's happening here?" He asked them seriously.

" She is not allowing me to meet you." Rohan whined like a child pointing at Priya.

" No Mr. Mehra, I said that you can wait in that cabin to meet Sir but you are not listening to me." She said.

" But why can't I meet him in his cabin?" He argued back.

" Because I am not letting anyone to enter his cabin. All the meetings are happening in that cabin only." She said sternly pointing the cabin at the other end.

" What the hell? I am his friend." Rohan shouted and she shrugged making Sameer sigh.

" Rohan, stop it. Come let's talk in my cabin now." Sameer said to Rohan.

Rohan nodded and walked away with Sameer but not before glaring at Priya who glared at him back.

" Why didn't you say anything to her?" Rohan asked him once they entered his cabin.

" It's her way of maintaining security since we came to know about someone is backstabbing us. From then She is not letting anyone to meet me in my cabin like she is following someone's orders but I didn't say anything to her to do like that. I let her do what she wants because it's better to stay more cautious." Sameer explained to him.

" Oh." Rohan says.

" Are you okay Rohan? " Sameer asks him.

" Yeah.....Why are you asking like that? " Rohan asked him back.

" Because you are not being yourself and not even annoying me like before  nowadays. For example take today itself......normal Rohan would have flirted with Priya and would have his way but you were fighting with her." Sameer said chuckling.

" Hahaha.....very funny." Rohan rolled his eyes at him.

"See you are not even taking jokes like you used to do. I mean seriously what happened? Is everything alright?" He asked him seriously this time.

Rohan gulped. He didn't know what to say. If Sameer comes to know that he had hurted his best friend then he would kill him. More than that he didn't want to involve Sam into his mess as he already has his own problems.

" Nothing." Rohan said looking away.

" I am letting go this time because you don't want to talk about it but remember you can share anything with me and I will help you." Sameer assured him smiling at him.

" Thanks Sam.....but I have to deal this for myself." Rohan said smiling back at him.

" Now, let's talk about your problem." Rohan said.

" There is nothing that I couldn't handle. It's not that big as nothing has happened because of the leaked information. I just want to know who is doing and why he is doing that." Sameer said staring ahead.

Rohan nodded and looked at the screen which Sameer was looking at.

" Sam." He called.

" Yes."

" You are keeping an eye on the people who are present in the office but what about others? " Rohan asked frowning.

" What do you mean?" Sam asked him confused.

" I mean what about the workers who are not present here.....who are on leave or who suddenly stopped coming to work or who are taking more leaves. " Rohan said and Sameer just sat frowning thinking deeply.

Sameer came into his cabin after attending a meeting. He was very much tired and he has Check upon Piyu also. He thought of calling her but then again thought he would disturb her if she was sleeping.

So he thought of texting her.

Hey Piyu..... Are you awake?

Yes!

He chuckled at the immediate reply he got.

So, you are not taking rest huh?

I just woke up.

Don't lie...

I am tired of just sleeping in my room.

Why don't you take a walk?

I tried but bhai and bhabi are not even letting me to step outside.

Oh.

I know you are laughing at my misery now.

Yeah.....just a little.

I doubt that dad will allow me to touch the car also.

Sameer laughed at her message and turned to look at the time to see its already past eight. He should go home.

Next day morning, Piyu with her whole family and Rads went to the hospital to remove her cast.

Everyone were in the doctor's cabin looking at the doctor while he is removing the cast on Piyu's arm.

Suddenly, the door was opened with a bang and everyone looked at the door startled.

" WHY THE HELL DIDN'T ANYONE INFORM ME ABOUT THE ACCIDENT?"
