Name: Smokefeather

Ehh. I've seen this name a lot. Smoke- and -feather are both very common. I've looked over this and he seems like a really awesome oc, so I'm a bit disappointed that he has such a generic name.

Oooh mysterious lol

Appearance: sturdy, glossy and thick furred, long legged, lean, black tom with blue-gray mottled legs and tail, pale gray eyes, and a berry-pink nose.

This is so detailed, I absolutely love it. He's gorgeous!! There is not a single thing I would change about this. The black and blue-gray go together really well, I just.. Wow, good job.

Personality: Adaptable, charismatic, focused, forgiving, genuine, clever, witty, sarcastic, facetious, snarky, stubborn, envious, pretentious, and quarrelsome.

Again, this is awesome!! I love love LOVE how all of the traits seem to come together well. Everything is well balanced, and there's nothing here that contradicts each other. It's all believable. For a lot of ocs, they have good and bad traits, but you look at it and go "... Would those two traits both work on the same person?" But yours all fit together well.

Backstory: Other than being constantly jealous of his denmates as a kit, his life was fairly normal. When he was apprenticed, he still didn't care for his denmates, but he grew on them as he learned more about the world. His mother died soon after his apprentice ceremony of old age and he suffered a lot, being so young at the time. His father retired and changed his name at the same time. Without a father or mother figure, his personality didn't develop the way he would've liked. He trained hard, but thought he was going soft when he developed a crush on his mentor, a young warrior herself. He became a warrior with two of his denmates and took his mentor as a mate, having two kits two moons later. One became a medicine cat and the other, too, fell in love with her own mentor. He had trouble making friends because of his snarky attitude and also argued with his family and mate often. (I'd say more but... no spoilers allowed!)

Okay, wow! I like his backstory too. It seems realistic and believable. It's not that crazy, it's more simple. Just a cat struggling to fit in with his Clan. I like that his mother dying actually affected his personality, that was a nice touch. Overall, this is just awesome, I like it.

Tatteredtail is so cute, omg. I love that he changed his name, that doesn't happen that often in fanfiction.

Mate - Hollyclaw (ginger and black tabby she-cat, amber eyes)

This is kinda overused but also cute

Kits - Swiftkit/Swiftbird (black she-cat with thin ginger stripes, gray eyes) Blackkit/Blackberry (black tom with gray ears, yellow eyes)

I love that they were named after their grandparents, this is wonderful :D

Like I said in the beginning, this oc is perfect besides his name. Smokefeather seems like a really overused name. 9/10, just took off points for his name. Uh.. Sorry.
