Cool, but her fur color is dull. Light blue eyes are also underused. I'd suggest adding some white on her; you don't see white on bad guys much. I like the twisted paw and the blind eye. Don't change that part.

This isn't a stereotypical bad guy; most people don't define their villains as caring, curious, or focused. However, you should give her some more interesting flaws. Insane and revenge seeking are flaws, but they're kinda cliche. I think she would be more interesting if she had a flaw like insecure, easily frightened, or something like that. Something that I wouldn't expect.

This is super cool. I like the lab experiments, I've never seen that
happen to an oc before. BUT I'm confused by what happens afterwards. Does he destroy the Clan, or does he fail? Where to Cheetwo and his kits come in? What happens?!

4/10. She needs a more interesting appearance, some unexpected flaws, and her backstory is missing a lot of info. I like the part about being born in a lab tho. Very interesting.
