"Yeah maybe" Maplepaw responds as she fiddles with her meal. The black tom pads away to meet Tigerclaw at the entrance. Save everyone from Tigerclaw? What is that even supposed to mean? Tigerclaw is nice he hasn't done a single bad thing ever. Maplepaw thought. But if he is dangerous then I should watch Ravenpaw to make sure that he doesn't get hurt. Maplepaw decides. The young she-cat walks over to a brown she-cat with a white tom. 

"Hey, Maplepaw... you want to hunt?" The brown she-cat guessed.

"No, actually I was wondering if we could train with Ravenpaw and Tigerclaw in the shady hollow?" Maplepaw asks. The brown she-cat looked slightly skeptical but then the tom answered instead.

"Go on Mousefur she is your apprentice you don't want Bluestar taking her away from you do you?" The white tom says.

"Shush Whitestorm... I was going to say yes anyway. Golly you might be my last apprentice my bones are starting to ache." Mousefur complains.

"Well, you have the complaining part of being an elder in the bag at least" Maplepaw teases.

"You little shrew" Mousefur teases back. Maplepaw runs ahead into the distance. The two jump around each other for a while until they see the shady hollow.
