"This is all part of the historical society's continuing efforts to give back to the community.Thanks to the generous donations from the Fell family,we are now standing on the site of our newest public park.Thank you to everyone who has showed up to lend a helping hand."The female mayor Lockwood announced.Gianina clapped her hands along with the rest of the group.

Ever since the Katherine incident,Gia was rarely in the Salvatore home.She stayed on the Lockwoods couch one night and the next,she snuck into Jeremy's room and they stayed up looking at Jeremy's drawings and listening to music.

"There's one of you,there's three of us."Gia heard Stefan say.She started to listen into their conversation after Mayor Lockwoods speech.

"If he comes at me.."Mason started off.Gia made sure nobody was looking and she vamp sped towards the two of them.

"He won't."Gia glared in Stefan's direction."Let's go,Mason."she dragged the older Lockwood man away from her brother.

She wasn't exactly angry at the situation anymore but,she was upset Stefan hadn't looked for her or tried to apologize.

"What was that about?"Gianina asked Mason.

"Your big brother stabbed me and your little brother is trying to fix it."Mason shrugged his shoulders."Staying on the couch again tonight?"

"Maybe,I don't really know where else to go.."Gia frowned slightly.

"Well,I know a place."Mason smirked.

"Where would that be?"Gianina raised a brow and crossed her arms.

"My bed."Mason joked as he set the box he was holding down.

"Gross."Gia shook her head and made an ick noise.The two of them started to laugh as Damon watched them from afar angrily.He didn't like his sister messing with the enemy."I think dating one Lockwood in my lifetime is enough,don't you?"

"It might be but,we are kinda meant to be when you think about it."Mason took a seat on the bench.

"How so?"Gianina perked up.

"Your dad was the alpha of the pack and my ancestor was the beta,our families are kind of...mates I guess."the Lockwood man shrugged his shoulders.

"How do you know all this?"Gia questioned.From what she gathered,Mason only found out about his curse when he triggered it.

"A little birdie told me."

"They've been here."Caroline said.Apparently,she heard Damon and Stefan get kidnapped.

"Fuck."Gianina mumbled and she knelt down and seen the blood splattered on a few trees nearby.

Caroline and Elena exchanged worried glances and all three of the girls realized the boys were in more trouble than they originally thought.

"What are you three doing out here?"Mason asked as he crept up on them.

"Have you seen Stefan?"Elena asked.Gia furrowed her brows at the Lockwood man.

"Yeah,I seen him,Elena.I seen Damon too."Mason stepped closer.

"Where are they?"Elena asked as Gianina stood up to her feet.

"You don't need me for that.I'm sure they'll sniff them out."Mason looked at Caroline."Does your mother know what you are?"

Caroline got angry so,she was going to attack Mason but,he grabbed Elena by the neck.

"Be careful,necks snap easy around here."Mason smiled.

"I can take you."Caroline stated.

"There isn't a need for that,is there Mason?You are going to step down."Gia said in a demanding tone.

"But-"

"I said step down,Mason.Or i'll kill you and we both know I don't want to do that."the Salvatore girl warned.

"Fine."he softly pushed Elena away from him and the Gilbert and Forbes girl looked at each other confused.

Gianina approached Mason before kneeing him where the sun doesn't shine."That's for lying to me."She looked at her brothers friends."Come on."Mason fell to the ground and the girls ran in the opposite direction.

"Kill them both."Caroline and Gia heard as they ran through the woods.

"Caroline,what is it?"Elena asked as Care put her hand over her mouth.

"It's my mom."Caroline placed her hand over her chest.

"She's killing them."Gianina clenched her jaw slightly.

"We have to stop her."Gia and Elena started to run towards the Lockwood cellar but,Caroline pulled them back.

"I can't,she'll find out about me."Caroline whined slightly.

Both girls glared at her and ran into the cellar.Once again,Gia risks her life for her brothers.As they walked in,an officer approached them so,Gianina elbowed him in the face making him fall to the ground.

"Elena,what are you doing?and Gia?Mason told me you have nothing to do with this."Sheriff Forbes held her gun up to them.

"You can't kill them.We aren't going to let you!"Elena yelled.

An officer pushed Elena so Gia elbowed him in the face too,he held his nose as it started to bleed and a cold wind picked up around them.Caroline was helping.

"What was that?Who else is with you?"Sheriff Forbes asked.

"It's just us."Gia clenched her jaw yet again as Caroline continued to run around the room,startling the officers and sheriff.

Caroline then bit into one of the mans necks and another man started shooting.Gia took this as her chance so,she made sure Elena was safe from harm and knocked out all the officers except for Sheriff Forbes.

As the ruckus calmed down,Liz finally seen who the extra vampire was,her daughter.

"Hi,mom."Caroline said calmly.Liz's face dropped and looked like the was about to cry.

"What am I going to do with you?"Damon asked sheriff Forbes as he started to recover.

"You won't tell anyone,will you?"Caroline asked.Sheriff Forbes stayed silent."Mom?Mom!please.."

Gianina felt more and more bad about Caroline's situation by the minute.She understood what it was like when parents didn't approve of your "lifestyle" as Giuseppe Salvatore called it.

"I know we don't get along and I know you hate me but,i'm your daughter.Please,he will kill you."Caroline pleaded with her mother.

"Then kill me."Liz directed her comment towards Damon through her teeth."I can't take this,kill me now."

"You were going to drag my death out so painfully.."Damon picked Sheriff Forbes up by her neck.

"Damon,stop!"Gianina yelled.The rest of the group all followed is unison.

"Relax guys,no one's killing anybody."Damon i formed them and everyone sighed in relief."You're my friend.We got to clean this up."

They cleaned up the whole area and decided to wait for the vervain to leave Sheriff Forbes system.Hopefully,they could just compel her to forget everything and things could go back to normal but,a few things kept dwelling on Gianina's mind.

Why does Mason just listen to her without question?Why is he always protecting her?Whatever it is,he put her family and danger and he was going to face some consequences.
