        Black cigarettes, lilac skies and poetry at 3 am: Pit's life is far from ordinary. Losing himself in the chaotic adrenaline of wild youth, he always feels misunderstood. So he pushes himself to the extremes, always feeling like he needs to prove himself. But there's a quirky rebel girl who doesn't seem so eager to give up on him. Maybe she could be the one to remind him that he isn't as average as he wants to seem. That if he wants, he can be a hurricane.

Reviewer's Remarks: Like Hurricanes was an astounding and beautiful read. Pit is a very complex character coping with inner turmoil - I adore his character. I love the characters because each has their own distinct character - also, everyone has flaws and the author doesn't shy away from this.

This work is really intense. I stayed up till two am reading Pit's story - yeah, my mom was pretty pissed. I experienced a whole lot of emotions through this - at one point I was about to fling my phone across the room. Literally, I'm not joking. I was screaming at Pit for being such an ass - excuse my language - but then I just wanted to reach out and hug him.

So yeah, you can pretty much tell how I felt about this book. I usually criticize character development in most of my reviews but I honestly couldn't come up with any negatives when it came to this aspect. The plot development was a little rushed at times but overall it was pretty smooth - if you consider me breaking down every now and then during the story as a smooth journey. If you haven't read this book yet then you're probably deranged or living under a rock.

The style of writing is simple yet the pull of the words is really intense. Like I said before character and plot development are approved. There were one or two misconceptions here or there but whatever, everyone makes mistakes. Also, if you decide to read this a warning - you will fall madly and hopelessly in love with the story and its' characters.

A note to the author: Don't even get me started about how much I loved this book - seriously don't get me started. I'm actually glad I can write this author's because I know you'll be reading it. First, I'm kind of mad at you for putting me through this intense and heart breaking journey but then again I'm grateful because Pit and Noemi. When I got up to the last chapter I was like crap what am I supposed to do with my life now? I could totally see your book getting published someday - really, I'm not kidding. Seriously, this is one of my favorite books on wattpad and the day it gets published I'm going to be the first in line to purchase a copy.
