Romulus p.o

The next day I woke up and got dressed afterwards I looked and admired my reflection as much as I could. "Well old friend not long till we part" I said to my reflection. Another downside of being a vampire we loose are reflections.

I walked by Vlads room where I saw him wearing some sort of uniform. "What are you wearing" I asked. " my school uniform" he said. "Unbelievable" I said. "What" he asked.

" Vlad I know you don't want to be a vampire and I am not particularly looking forward to it but I've accepted it and your are possible the only boy vampire or breather who would want to go to school" I said before leaving.

I went back to my room to get changed when I heard the bell ring. "Dads not going to like this" I said. I suddenly had a premonition it was me Vlad and Ingrid wearing that stupid uniform that Vlad was and at some school called stockly grammar.

When it finished I went wide eyed. "Oh no please no" I said. I went downstairs where I saw that boy Vlad and a bunch of other people. "Oh who's this" the women asked. "This is Romulus my little brother" he said. "No am you twin brother" I said glaring at him

"Yeah my little twin brother" he said playfully. "Yeah just remember Vlad I know where you sleep" I said growling in his ear. "Well Romulus go get dressed" the women said handing me a school uniform like Vlads. "I wouldn't wear this hideous outfit if it was the last piece of clothing on earth I'd rather gouge my eyes out then wear it" I said.

"Ignore him he's sort of intense gets it from our parents" Vlad said. "Whatever" I said. "RIENFIELD WHOS THERE" dad shouted. "Ooo looks like someone is going to be in trouble" I said in a sing song voice.

I left knowing full well Dad was going to go Balestic.

Later at night I was about to go to bed when I saw a bat on my window ledge and it was holding a letter in it mouth. I took it and began to read it

Dear Rommy

how are you darling. Your father wrote to me and told me you came into your powers early so I've sent you something from mommy to show you how proud I am of you. It is a family heirloom a brooch with the symbol of my clan the clan of Westenra wear it with pride

Love mommy.

I wasn't surprised my mom wrote to me. I've always been her favourite and dads so they always try to treat me better then the other. Out of the envelope came out a brooch

"Thanks mom" I said looking at it. I put it in my jewellery box and feel asleep.

The next morning me Vlad and Ingrid were eating breakfast when the door rang. Reinfield went to answer and once he did he came back in a hurry. "Master it's a breather with a metal horse" he said going to get dad. We saw a women wearing a bike helmet and with a bike.

"Aaa you must be Vladimir Ingrid and Romulus" she said addressing us. "And you must be either poor or wearing that for charity or as a joke" I said. "Nice one little brother " Ingrid said. "Aaa free thinkers splendid" she said. "Am
Miss Harker your new headmistress" she said.

Dad came in with reinfield. "Aa" dad said. "Morning it's mr " she said asking dad for are last name. "Count" Dad said. "Right mr count. Now I've had reports that the children have not been placed in a school" she said. "Reports from who,m" dad asked. " oh am afraid I can't say" she said.

"Who ever it is I shall crush them" dad said. The women looked worried like is he serious. "Dad" Vlad whispered and ingrid through a bread crumb at him. "Now I don't know where you hail from mr count but in this country children are required to go to school. And if you refuse to cooperate they'll be taken away" she said.

"Really and how much would this service cost" he said looking at ingrid. " cost? It wouldn't cost anything" she said.

"Splendid you can have her for a start Romulus is my pride and joy and I still have some hopes for vlad" dad said. "Yeah me to I hope he'll" she was cut off as reinfield took her bowl away. "Get lost" she finished.

"Now look mr count it's quite simple either you send the children to school or you'll be taken to court" she said to him. "Oooo taken to court" dad said not impressed having no idea what court is.

"I'm at quiver with fear" he said slightly giggling. "Now pray do tell what is this so called court" he asked. "Oh just the local equivalent of an angry present mob" Vlad said. Dad went wide eyed and I saw the fear in his eyes. I looked to Vlad. "I hate you" I said. "No you don't little bro you love me" he said grinning.

I got up from the table and marched to my room.

Later me Ingrid and Vlad had arrived to see new school stockly grammar. "I swear Vlad I could kill you for this look at me" I said disgusting looking at my uniform. "Blue and gold are not my colours" I said. "Hey am embarrassed to it's my first day of school and I look like a freak" he said. "Well it matches you perfectly What kind of normal kid would want to go to school" I said to him glaring.

Ingrid is about to get out of the hearse when dad stoped her. "Wait" he said. "I have a little good luck present" he said. He pulled out three broaches. "Now these are three ancient broaches with the legendary Dracula coat of arms" he said. "Wicked" Ingrid said.

"So Vladdy my oldest boy this ones for you" he said placing on Vlad. "Rommy my pride and joy my youngest son this ones for you" he said giving me one

"And Ingrid" he said. Ingrid got ready to get one. "It's such a shame you weren't a boy" he said. "Your a heartless spiteful self centred bully" she said. "Ingrid that's basically you" I said. "Yeah but with me you just can't see it" Ingrid said before going out.

I put my broach on my bag with the one mom sent me. "Romulus where did you get that broach" dad asked. "Mom sent it to me" I said. "Of course she did" dad said. "Well don't worry dad I promise to make these breathers miserable and show them just what we Draculas are made of" I said smirking. "Oh Rommy run along now am tearing up with pride you little hell raiser" dad said.

I left the hearse and prepared my self for the first day of breather school.

I saw I had time before my first lesson so I went to the bath room. I decided to have some fun with my uniform.

I took of my tie and tied it around my waist. I put the blazer away. I took off my sweatshirt and put it in my bag as well. I put my westenra broach on the top left and my Dracula broach on the bottom right of my shirt. I took one last look in the mirror and rolled up my sleeves. "Perfect a true heir of Dracula and westenra" I said.

I left the bathroom and started walking to my first class. Everyone was looking at me in amazement and I could see some people drooling over me. How I love being me.

Later in the afternoon it was time for lunch. My lessons so far have been ok. I had art. I've always been good at drawing. Drama. In my family we're always dramatic so am a natural at it. Then home economics. Loved it especially the sewing all those long nights in Transylvania you get good with a needle and thread . And maths. Can't explain why but I virtually could not understand a single thing that was on the board.

"So little brother how has your day been?" Ingrid asked. "All right" we see some people staring at us. "I see we have some fans" I said smirking. "What you expect we're Draculas" she said.

We saw Vlad with that boy who snuck into the castle and that little blonde girl.

We heard them talking. "Vampire"
the girl said. And Ingrid covered her mouth. "Ingrid it's all right" Vlad said. Suddenly the girl bit Ingrid and Ingrid let go. "Oh so this food has some bite to it well that makes it interesting" I said smirking. " oh So your vampires to then" she said.

"Yeah other wise how can I do this" I said I flicked my hand and everyone but me Ingrid Vlad the boy and the girl were frozen. They were doing what they were about to do before I froze them. "Woah" the boy said. "or this" I said I flicked my wrist and the boy feel out of his chair. "Ow he said" The girl was obviously frightened and wide eyed. I went down to her ear and whispered.

"We're the children of Count Dracula I whispered while smirking. Suddenly everyone unfroze and the girl screamed and ran out. Vlad and the boy ran after her. Everyone turned their attention to us.

"It's ok. Nothing to worry about" I said. Ingrid took a cockroach from vlads sand which. "She just found a cockroach" she said holding it up. Suddenly everyone ran out screaming while me and Ingrid just laughed at them.

I just left French where I saw a flier on the floor. I picked it up and read it. "Karate tryouts today after school in the school gymnasium" I read out loud. I decided to try out what's the worst thing that could happen plus it gives me something to do.

It was the end of the school day and I saw Ingrid. "Hey sis tell dad I'll be home late " I said "why?" She asked. "Am Trying out for something and I don't need dad going on a rampage to try and find me" I said. "Your lucky your the only one I would do this for" she said before leaving.

Later in rage gym I saw a lot of people looking to try out. "Ah welcome a new recruit what's your name son" the instructor asked. "Romulus Count me and my family just moved from here from Transylvania" I said. "Right well Romulus just go get changed in the boys changing room and come back then we can get started" she said. I nodded and went to the changing rooms.

Later at the end I had just arrived back to the castle smirking. I got in and I just need dad to sign my permission slip. Once I say Karate involves hurting people he'll sign it with a smile.

Once I got inside I saw it was bare. "Hello Rommy" said a voice I turned around and saw dad. "Hey dad" I said. "Where were you boy I starting to get worried. Oh did you set fire to something oh or frame someone for something they didn't do" he asked with interest. "Nope I was trying out for Karate" I said.

"Karate what on earth is that" he asked confused. " it's a sport where you get rewarded for flipping people on their backs kicking them and hurting them" I said. Dad started smirking. "I need you to sign this so I can officially do it" I said showing him the form.

"Oh Rommy you know I'll sign anything if it makes you more violent" he said grinning. He happily signed it and gave it back. "Thank you dad" I said. "No problem anything for my favourite son" he said.

"Oh and Rommy come with me" dad said. He took me to his room where I saw a mirror. "What are we doing" I asked. "We are going to be practicing your Telekinesis in here Romulus" he said.

I want you to focus your power of Telekinesis onto that mirror until it shatters" dad said. I put my hand out and started concentrating on the mirror. I tried with all my might and in the end the mirror shattered into a thousand pieces onto the floor.

"Good job Rommy you did it" he said patting my shoulders. Now we are going to try a little deflection. Dad made a gap and threw a fire ball at me I squinted and sent the fireball back towards him. Dad moved and it barley missed him.

Dad giggled a little before clapping. "Well done you are going to be a very powerful vampire someday now let's continue" he said.

An hour later me and dad finished are lessons and I was ready to fall asleep into a coma. When I got into my room I collapsed onto my bed and let sleep over take me.

Hopefully I won't be this tired in are next lesson
