Year: 2012
Place: The Black Forest, Germany

The woman thought as she sighed and wiped off some of the guck on her shoulder. The two Asgardian brothers stood there looking at her as the other heroes walked up to them. "Mind telling us who you are n-" Clint started to say as she abruptly raised her hand in a certain direction. The same direction they had came from in the very beginning when they had landed the quinjet. "Your machine is in that direction. Leave now, while you still can." She announced. "Is that a threat?" Loki questioned and Steve interrupted. "Thank you. We'll be on our way." Thor moved Loki so he'll walk and not try to stir problems.

"That's.. no. I need answers." Tony said as he struggled to grasp on what was currently happening. "Ton... not now. She gave us a warning." Steve mentioned. "Is that what you picked up?" Tony replied. "Yeah, believe it or not. Medieval or not, I can pick up the signs and warnings when given. Trust me. She was warning us. I'm not sure of what. Maybe there's more of that creature she was fighting with not too long ago and she doesn't want us riled up in it." Steve mentioned and Tony sighed. "Let's just go." Bruce mentioned to Tony as a near plea.

(The song above is the main song for this chapter. I'm not going to suggest playing other songs like I did on the last two chapters. It's just that one song).

As the heroes started to disappear from her sight of view, she glanced around the forest and heard the small creaks and sounds that emerged from it. She remembered when it didn't used to be so gloomy and dark. When the sun would peek through the trees and brighten the path down below. Children would run around all happily as they laughed and played. It was all ruined by one person. The one person she had never inspected. The one who had gained her trust and broke it like a branch on a tree.

While she was in her thoughts, they were broken when the sound of a repulser went off in the distance. "What in the name of my mother was that?" She muttered as she looked towards the same direction she had sent to group. That's when she heard the sounds of more creatures she had fought inside the castle. "You've got to be kidding me." She muttered as she began to run quickly towards the area.

"Thor!" Steve yelled as he got knocked down. "Where are they coming from!" Clint said as he fired some arrows towards a creature. The arrows barely did any damage towards the creature itself. Natasha's Guns were echoing a majority of the forest which gave the woman who was running towards them, more of a pinpoint of where they were. As they all fought, in the end, the creature was able to get a majority of them down.

There were about 3 of the creatures. One was towering over Bruce and Tony as the other was near Steve, Loki and Thor. The third was heading towards Natasha as she laid on the ground. Pushing herself back, she glanced around to see if there was anything around her she could use a weapon to defend herself. Unfortunately, there wasn't. Just her luck too because her weapons were all out. Unaware to her though, or any of them, the woman was nearby.

(1:33 in the song). A piece of metal wrapped around the creature and made it scream in pain before it broke free. "Where did that come from?" Clint asked as he looked around to see if he spotted anyone but didn't see anything. That's when the woman came running in and tackled the creature (1:46) to the ground. Rolling off to the side she kicked the one near Loki before grabbing another piece of the metal and tying it around the neck of the creature near Bruce. One of the creatures went to grab her but she quickly equipped her sword and cut its arm.

Back up, they followed her and she placed her sword back into its place before yelling at the creatures. "Come on!" That's when she took of running again. Shifting into her Fox form when no one could see her. In her form she was able to gain more speed and make the creatures run more. Should give the group enough time to get up. One was getting rather two close to her and she swerved; causing the creature to fall over the nearby cliff and die instantly. The other two were still following but she circled back and started to make her way towards the group. In the process she shifted back into her human form.

The group must've spotted her because they prepared themselves in case for another fight. She surprised them though; what she did, was as soon as she got near, she swerved out of the way. Running halfway up a tree, she got on the shoulders of one creature, stuck her sword through its head and sliced it in half; killing it instantly. Rolling on the ground, the last one had managed to hit her through a tree. The tree was cut and started to fall forward. Good thing the heroes were behind the tree. Nowhere near it.

Grunting in pain, she stood up and held out her sword at the creature who screamed in anger. The two of them went at it before she sliced its hands then its head right off. The head rolled off to the side before stopping as the body just fell to the ground. "Fucking asses." She muttered towards the creature before placing her sword away. Standing up tall, she looked directly at the group. "W-we got lost." Bruce tried explaining to the woman. He wasn't wrong. They were in fact lost; many have gotten lost in the forest. She couldn't blame them, but now she had to take them to the one spot she didn't want anyone. The one place she used to stay at before being in prisoned. "Follow me." She stated as she turned to walk. Not caring if they decided to follow or not.

"That was the warning I told you about." Steve told Tony and Tony brushed it off before following the woman. Maybe now was his chance to finally get some answers he was looking for. The ones that had been haunting him in his dreams for quite some time now. Loki was intrigued with the fighting set he had witnessed the woman do against the creatures. He also had some questions. Yet be believed everyone in the group had some questions of their own to ask.
