Ellie 

When we pulled up to the mall, we met everyone up front and then we all walked inl. On our immediate right was the huge arcade. 

"Hey guys, you thinkin' what I'm thinkin'?" Evan asked us 

"Yeah, and I bet I kick your butt in table hockey." Jack teased 

"You're on babe, loser buys the movie tickets." 

"Let's go then." Jack smiled 

They both practically ran into the musical cave. Those two were like little kids and it really was cute. It was of course a unanimous decision to go into the arcade, so we did. Everyone else went to their respectable machines, but as for me and Leo, we went to the race cars and decided to do those. 

"I am so gonna beat you." I teased 

"Oh? You really believe that Pet?" 

"Believe? I know." I smirked 

"Alright, you're on. Winner decides what we do all weekend. Just remember, I like breakfast in bed." 

I laughed. 

"Put up or shut up." 

He laughed as the countdown on the screen started. Once we finished, I got up and did a little victory dance as he hung his head in mock defeat with a smile on his face.  

"Oh, and by the way, I'd like breakfast fed to me while in bed." I teased 

"Fine, a bet is a bet." 

He got up and grabbed my hand. 

"Maybe I could win a couple of rounds of table hockey." 

"Maybe, you want to try it?" 

"Of course, maybe then I could win back my cool points." 

I laughed and playfully pushed him in the shoulder. He was such a dork sometimes. 

"What? What did I say?" He asked 

"You are such a dork. Really Leo, cool points? Babe, it's okay to be nerdy." 

"Who said I was nerdy?" He teased

"Leo, you like to read comic books and on Saturday mornings you sometimes watch cartoons." 

"For those who don't know me I seem like a big kid don't I?" He chuckled 

We took our places at our sides of the table and waited for the machine to warm up. We both grabbed our mallets, then once the air cut on, we started to play. He met me match for match and so did I. Soon he beat me, but it was a very close game. 

"Yes, victory!" He smiled, holding his hands above his head 

I giggled. 

"Yes, you won. Now come on and win me a teddy bear." I smiled, wrapping my arms around his bicep. Cairo and Amber came over to us then. 

"Hey guys, the movie is about to start soon, we should get going." 

"If we go to the fair I'll win you one then." He whispered in my ear. 

We all left the arcade and went back out the entrance we came from and together we walked to the movie theater which was right next door. Once we got snacks and tickets, we went in. Everyone agreed on the movie It Came from the Coo-Coo's Nest. It was about this patient that escapes from a mental asylum and goes on a killing spree. I loved scary movies so I couldn't wait to watch it. We all sat next to our significant others and waited for the movie to start and while I was watching the previews, Leo laced his hand in mine. I smiled to myself as the pictures flickered on the screen. 

Leo 

As the movie went on I was actually really enjoying myself. Ellie and I shared popcorn which was rapidly depleting at the scary parts. But she didn't scream once. 

"You're really into this stuff huh?" I whispered 

"Well duh, our profession makes me interested remember?" 

I chuckled quietly 

"Of course Pet. Hey we're going to the Carnal Delights after this." 

"Yay, I've been dying for some of their four cheese pasta." 

"Guess you're sleeping on the couch tonight." 

She looked towards me confused and I waved my hand under my nose playfully. She giggled and pushed me in the arm. I feigned pain and rubbed it. 

"Hey, love birds, keep it down!" Jack harshly whispered beside us 

"Don't hate." Ellie smirked 

He threw popcorn at her and she threw a small handful back and afterwards gave him the I'm-gonna-get-you-later gesture. She laid on my shoulder and watched the rest of the movie. 

After it was over, we all piled into our respective cars and drove to the restaurant in Short Pump which was a good twenty five minute drive. While that was going on we talked about the movie. 

"I swear, that move was so not scary! It was predictable to a fault!" Ellie said 

"Yeah, and when did it turn into a Zombie movie? I thought the guy that escaped was human." 

"Exactly! And it was so low budget, don't get me started." She giggled 

I laughed as we talked more and more about the movie. I had forgotten everything that had happened earlier, and I was so glad I got to hang out with My Ellie. I wouldn't trade it for anything. 

Once we parked, we both got out and walked across the street. We were the last ones there and everyone was already sitting at the table. We took our place at the table and joined in the huge conversation that everyone else was having: Which superhero team was the best, Justice League or X-Men. This would be fun  

A/N: So, just who is the better team? :) I choose Justice League because you don't have to have powers in order to join them. So people like Batman, Huntress, The Question, even Vigilante are a valued part of the Justice League. Comment your team in the comments :)
